Understanding Deal Room value-at-risk

The Deal Room tab translates document readiness into financial exposure, so you can see how much deal value is at risk from missing paperwork.

How to use it

1. Open Insights → Deal Room.
2. Read the Portfolio Value at Risk banner and the three exposure bands: Low risk (dataroom 80%+ complete), Amber (50–80% complete) and At risk (below 50% complete).
3. Use Dataroom Document Gap | Critical Path to Exchange / Completion to see which specific deals are blocking, ranked by pack completion against the 90% target threshold.

What happens next

As document packs are completed in DocAssure, deals move up the bands and out of the at-risk total.
