How to reset your password

If you’re unable to sign in, have forgotten your password or need a new activation link, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Guided Home sign-in page on web or the Mobile app

  2. Click "Sign-in"  and then select “Forgot your password?”

  3. Enter your registered email address reset link sent to your inbox

  4. Follow the instructions in the password reset email you receive to activate/ set a new password and login

If you don't receive the email please check your junk / spam for an email from noreply@guidedhome.co . Add this email to your trusted senders/ contacts list so you receive future notifications.
