Emergency contacts and out-of-hours help
Your developer may have added emergency and out-of-hours contact details to your portal. These are there for situations that need urgent attention outside of normal working hours.
Where to find them
Emergency contacts appear at the top of your dashboard when you first log in. You can also find them in the Key Contacts section of the portal.
What's included
Emergency contacts typically include:
- An out-of-hours phone number for urgent property issues (e.g. no heating, water leak)
- Guidance on what counts as an emergency
- A note on response times
Non-urgent issues
For non-urgent defects or maintenance requests, use the Inspections & Defects section to log a report. Your developer's customer care team will be in touch.
