Reporting a problem or defect

If something in your home needs attention — a defect, a snag, or a maintenance issue — you may be able to report it directly through your portal.

How to raise a report

  1. Click Inspections & Defects in the navigation menu.
  2. Click Report a problem or Raise a defect.
  3. Describe the issue — be as specific as possible (location in the home, what the problem is, when you first noticed it).
  4. Attach a photo if you have one — this helps your developer understand the issue faster.
  5. Submit the report.

After you submit

Your developer's customer care team will receive the report and be in touch with next steps. You can track the status in the Inspections & Defects section.

Emergency issues

If you have an urgent issue (e.g. a water leak, no heating in winter), don't wait — contact the emergency or out-of-hours number shown at the top of your dashboard or in Key Contacts.

If the reporting feature is not visible in your portal, contact your customer care team directly through Key Contacts.
