Adding a hero image, site plans and project photos

Overview

Each site can have three types of visual content: a hero image (the main cover photo), architectural site plans, and a project photo gallery. All three are managed from the site overview page.

Hero image

The hero image appears at the top of your site overview. To add or replace it:

  1. Open the site overview page.
  2. Click the camera or image area at the top of the page.
  3. Select a photo from your device.
  4. The image is saved automatically.

Site plans

Site plans are architectural drawings and layout diagrams for the development. To manage them:

  1. Open the site overview and go to the Siteplan tab.
  2. Click Add site plan to upload a new drawing (PDF or image).
  3. Use the on-screen viewer to zoom and navigate between multiple pages.
  4. Click the remove icon on any plan to delete it.

The gallery showcases photos of the development for your team. To manage it:

  1. On the site overview, scroll to the gallery section.
  2. Click Add photo to upload images (up to 9 photos).
  3. Click the remove icon on any photo to delete it.

Note: Your account-level brand colour and logo (used across the resident portal) are set during onboarding. To update these, contact your Guided Home account manager.
