Finding and downloading your property documents
All your property documents are stored securely in the Documents section of your portal. You can access them any time.
How to find your documents
- Log in to your portal and click Documents in the navigation menu.
- Your documents are organised into categories — for example, Handover Pack, Warranties, Certificates, and Appliance Guides.
- Browse or search for the document you need.
- Click a document to open it, or click the download icon to save it to your device.
Read status
Once you open a document, it's marked as read. Your developer may be notified when key documents (such as your handover pack) have been viewed.
Documents not appearing?
If you're expecting a document that isn't showing, it may not have been uploaded yet by your developer. Contact your customer care team through the Key Contacts section.
