Viewing your inspection reports
If your developer carries out inspections on your home (such as a pre-completion walkthrough or a post-handover check), you may be able to view the results in your portal.
How to access inspection reports
- Click Inspections & Defects in the navigation menu.
- Any inspection reports associated with your home will be listed here.
- Click a report to see the details, including any items noted during the inspection.
What an inspection report contains
- The date of the inspection
- Items checked and their status (pass / attention needed)
- Any defects or snagging items identified
- Photos, if your developer captured them during the inspection
If the Inspections & Defects section is not visible in your portal, this feature may not be enabled for your development. Contact your customer care team if you have questions.
