Tracking the progress of a reported issue

Once you've raised a defect or problem report, you can follow its progress without having to call or email.

Where to check

  1. Go to Inspections & Defects in the navigation menu.
  2. Your reported issues are listed with their current status.
  3. Click on a report to see the full detail, any messages from the team, and the latest update.

Status meanings

  • Open — your report has been received and is being reviewed.
  • In progress — the team is actively working on it.
  • Resolved — the issue has been fixed. You may be asked to confirm this.
  • Closed — the report has been completed and signed off.

Getting updates

You'll receive email notifications when the status of your report changes. You can also log in and check the portal at any time.
