What Hugo can help you with

Hugo is your built-in AI assistant. He's always available in your portal and can answer questions about your home in plain English — no need to dig through folders or call anyone.

What Hugo can answer

  • Your documents — "What's in my handover pack?", "Where's my gas safety certificate?"
  • Your appliances — "How do I bleed a radiator?", "What's the warranty on my boiler?"
  • Your home guides — "What do I need to do in the first week?", "Who is my managing agent?"
  • Key contacts — "Who do I call for an emergency?"
  • Your documents and certificates — Hugo can locate specific documents and tell you what's in them

What Hugo can't do

  • Hugo can only answer based on what your developer has uploaded. If a document or guide isn't in your portal, Hugo won't have that information.
  • Hugo can't take actions (he can't raise a defect, book appointments, or send messages on your behalf).
  • For urgent issues, always contact your developer or emergency line directly.

How to open Hugo

Click the Hugo button in the navigation menu (or look for the chat icon in the corner of your screen). Type your question and Hugo will respond.
