How Hugo uses your documents to answer

Hugo doesn't guess. Every answer he gives is based on documents and information that your developer has uploaded to your portal.

Citations — where answers come from

When Hugo answers a question, he'll show you the source — the specific document or guide he used to find the information. You can click on a citation to open the original document.

This means you can always verify what Hugo tells you. If he cites your Boiler Manual, you can open that document and read the relevant section yourself.

What happens if information isn't available

If your developer hasn't uploaded a document that covers your question, Hugo will tell you he doesn't have that information — rather than making something up. In that case, contact your customer care team through Key Contacts.

Your privacy

Hugo only has access to your own portal content. He cannot see other homeowners' documents or information. Your data is private to your account.
