Your dashboard — what each section means

Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It brings together the most important information about your home in one place.

Property hero

At the top of the dashboard you'll see your home — the property name, address, and a photo if your developer has added one.

Emergency contacts

If your developer has added emergency contact details, these appear prominently at the top of the dashboard so you can find them quickly when you need them.

Quick-access cards

Below the hero you'll find cards giving you fast access to your Documents, Home Guides, Key Contacts, and more.

Key dates

Important milestone dates (such as your reservation date, exchange, completion, and warranty start/end) appear on the dashboard so you can keep track of where you are in your journey.

Floor plans

If your developer has uploaded floor plans for your home, you can view them directly from the dashboard. Tap a floor plan to zoom in and explore the layout.

Local area information

Some developments include local area cards with information about nearby schools, transport links, and amenities.
