A quick tour of your home portal

When you log in, you'll see your personalised home portal. Here's what's available:

  • Dashboard — your home at a glance: key contacts, important dates, floor plans, and quick links to everything you need.
  • Home Guides — organised guides about your home, from settling in to appliance manuals and warranties.
  • Documents — all your property documents in one place: your handover pack, compliance certificates, and any documents your developer has shared.
  • Key Contacts — customer care, managing agent, warranty provider, and out-of-hours emergency numbers.
  • Inspections & Defects — view any inspection reports and report a problem (if your development has this enabled).
  • Hugo — your AI assistant. Ask him anything about your home, documents, or guides.

Use the menu on the left side (or tap the menu icon on mobile) to move between sections. The menu items shown will depend on what your developer has set up for your development.
