Activating your account and logging in

Your invitation email

When your developer registers you on the portal, you'll receive an invitation email from Guided Home. This contains a link to set your password and activate your account.

  1. Open the invitation email and click Activate my account.
  2. Create a password β€” at least 8 characters.
  3. You'll be taken straight into your home portal.

If you can't find the invitation email, check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact your developer or customer care team and ask them to resend it.

Logging in after activation

  1. Go to your portal link (this is usually shared by your developer).
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click Log in.

Resetting your password

  1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email address and click Send reset link.
  3. Open the email and click the link to set a new password.
