Understanding Deal Room value-at-risk
The Deal Room tab translates document readiness into financial exposure, so you can see how much deal value is at risk from missing paperwork.
How to use it
- Open Insights → Deal Room.
- Read the Portfolio Value at Risk banner and the three exposure bands: Low risk (dataroom 80%+ complete), Amber (50–80% complete) and At risk (below 50% complete).
- Use Dataroom Document Gap | Critical Path to Exchange / Completion to see which specific deals are blocking, ranked by pack completion against the 90% target threshold.
What happens next
As document packs are completed in DocAssure, deals move up the bands and out of the at-risk total.
