Reading the six Portfolio overview cards

The Portfolio overview is the default tab. Its six cards are the fastest read on portfolio health.

How to use it

Read each card top to bottom:

  1. Developments — how many developments are in your portfolio (and total plots).
  2. Handover pipeline — homes awaiting assignment/handover. Amber when there are homes still to hand over.
  3. Access enabled — the percentage of homes with a customer (homeowner) connected.
  4. Documents — total documents held, with a "+N this month" chip.
  5. Total gap — mandatory checklist documents missing across the portfolio. Amber when above zero.
  6. Open defects — outstanding defects, with an age breakdown (0–7d · 8–27d · 28+d) and a "closed this month" chip. Red when there are open defects.

Below the cards you'll also find Document Gap by Site | Mandatory Exposure, Document Pack Completion, and Defects | Stage vs Age Buckets (Open / In progress / Closed, plus age of open defects).
