A tour of the Insights tabs

Beyond the overview, five tabs each drill into one theme.

How to use it

Click a tab to open it:

  1. Doc Assure — document pack completion and mandatory-gap exposure by site, so you can see which developments are behind on compliance documents.
  2. Defects — defect stage breakdown (Open / In progress / Closed) and age-of-open-defect buckets, with organiser and assignee breakdowns.
  3. Deal Room — your B2B deal pipeline. Headline cards: Estimated Deal Value, Sites in Pipeline, Active B2B Deals, Total Portfolio Value, Avg Deal Value and Avg Dataroom Completeness. Below: Portfolio Value at Risk | Exposure Bands and Dataroom Document Gap | Critical Path to Exchange / Completion.
  4. Sales — the buying and rental pipelines. Headline cards: Buying Pipeline, Reservations, Exchanged, Completed, Rental Applications, Tenants in Occupation. Below: the Buying Journey Funnel (Available → Pre-Reservation → Reservation → Preparing for Exchange → …) and the Rental Journey Funnel (Available to let → Applied → Tenancy Start → Moved In).
  5. Activity — a recent activity timeline across the portfolio.

What happens next

Each tab loads its data on demand. Combine a tab with the single-site filter to read one theme for one development.

Common questions

What does "Avg Dataroom Completeness" mean on the Deal Room tab?The average document-pack completeness across deals that have document data — a proxy for how exchange-ready your deals are.

Why does a deal show "Scope Not Set"?The deal hasn't had its document scope defined yet, so its dataroom completeness can't be measured — set the scope to bring it into the critical-path view.
