Reviewing compliance findings in the Audit dashboard
The Compliance Audit dashboard surfaces document compliance findings — for example missing or expiring certificates — so you can triage them by severity.
Note: the Compliance Audit dashboard is a phased feature and may not be switched on for your account. If the Audit screen shows nothing, it isn't enabled for your account yet — talk to your Guided Home contact.
How to use it
- Open the Audit screen.
- Read the KPI cards: counts of Critical, Warning, Info and Resolved findings.
- Filter the findings table by severity, resolution status (defaults to Open) and document type.
- For each finding, triage with the row actions: Acknowledge (seen, no action yet), Dismiss (not applicable; removes it from the Open list), or Resolve (fixed; closes the finding).
What happens next
Triaged findings move out of the Open view, and the KPI counts update.
Common questions
Why is my Audit screen blank? The dashboard is enabled per account. A blank screen means it isn't switched on for your account yet — it isn't an error.
Where do findings come from? From the compliance checks run against the documents you've matched in Doc Assure.
