Uploading documents and letting AI match them

Importing lets you drop in a batch of files and have Doc Assure label and file each one against the right plot's checklist β€” instead of doing it by hand.

How to use it

  1. Open DocAssure and (optionally) select the site/plot you're working on.
  2. In the right-hand Document Library, drag files onto Drop files here or click to browse, or click Browse files. You can add Files or whole Folders β€” up to 500 files (PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG, TIFF).
  3. Doc Assure auto-labels each file: it cleans up the title, reads the document, and proposes a plot and checklist slot based on the address it finds.
  4. Review each proposed match. Where it's confident, the document is matched to a plot; where it's unsure, it asks you to confirm.
  5. Use Auto-match to selected site to match the batch within the chosen development, or Force all to selected plot to put everything on one plot when you know they all belong together.
  6. Save to commit the matches.

What happens next

Matched documents fill the plot's checklist slots and the plot's completion % rises. Duplicates are flagged so you don't file the same document twice.

Common questions

What if it can't tell which plot a document belongs to?It leaves the document for you to place. Drag it onto the right checklist row, or use Force all to selected plot.

Does it warn me about duplicates?Yes β€” likely duplicates are flagged (for example an exact match to a document already on the plot) so you can skip or replace.
