What Doc Assure does and how the Document Library is laid out
Doc Assure is where you upload compliance and handover documents and assure they're complete — matched to the right plot's checklist, with mandatory gaps surfaced.
How to use it
- In the top navigation, click DocAssure. You land on the Documents screen — the Document Library.
- Get oriented with the three panels:
- Left — Search & Filter. "Which site, plot or document pack are you working on?" Toggle between By plot, By document and By deal, search, and expand a site to see its plots (each shows a completion %).
- Centre — Document Checklist. Select a plot to see its checklist: every required document, grouped into packs, with what's present and what's missing.
- Right — Document Library. Drop in new files to upload and auto-match, and search existing documents across all sites.
- Click a plot on the left to load its checklist in the centre.
What happens next
The centre panel shows the selected plot's completion, mandatory-gap count and packs. The right panel switches to that plot's documents.
