Confirming, overriding or removing a document match

These controls let you accept the AI's suggestion, correct it, or detach a document — so the checklist always reflects reality.
How to use it
- Select a plot to open its Document Checklist. The header shows e.g. 1 of 19 documents · 5% Complete · 12 mandatory doc gap · 11 docs on plot.
- Use the helpers at the top of the checklist: Show gaps only, Expand all, Collapse all, and the filter box.
- Work the two banners: the red banner (e.g. "12 mandatory documents are missing") — drop documents on the right to auto-match, or upload; the amber banner (e.g. "10 existing documents are on this plot but not matched to a checklist item") — click through to review them under Supporting Docs.
- To attach a document: drag it from Match Existing Documents (or the right-hand Plot Docs / All Vault Docs list) onto the correct checklist row.
- To confirm an AI-suggested match: accept the suggestion on the row.
- To override: change the matched plot/pack/item so the document files where it really belongs.
- To unassign: detach the document from the checklist item to free the slot.
What happens next
The plot's completion %, mandatory-gap count and the portfolio figures in Insights all update to match.
Common questions
What are "Supporting Docs"?Documents that live on the plot but aren't matched to a specific checklist item — manuals, warranties and the like. The amber banner jumps you to them.
What's the difference between Plot Docs and All Vault Docs?Plot Docs shows documents already on the selected plot. All Vault Docs searches every document across your sites so you can connect an existing one.
