Assigning document packs to plots

A document pack is a reusable checklist of required documents (e.g. a Reservation Pack). Assigning a pack to plots gives each plot the checklist slots Doc Assure matches against.
How to use it
- Go to Settings β Document Packs to manage your packs.
- Review the pack list β each pack's name, description and item count. Expand a pack to see its checklist items (and whether each is mandatory).
- To create a pack, use Create Pack; to change one, edit it (you can bulk-paste multiple items at once).
- To put a pack onto plots, use Assign Packs: select one or more packs, select the target plots (expand sites and tick plots, or search), and confirm to assign.
What happens next
Each selected plot gains the pack's checklist items. Those slots then appear in the plot's Document Checklist in Doc Assure, ready to be filled.
Common questions
Why can't I see the Assign Packs button?Restricted admins can view packs but not assign them. You need full admin access.
Can one plot have more than one pack?Yes β assign as many packs as the plot needs; their items combine on the checklist.
