Requesting documents with Upload Requests

An Upload Request invites someone outside your team (a developer contact, solicitor or contractor) to upload specific documents straight into the right plots and packs.
How to use it
- Go to DocAssure → Upload Requests. The page is Your Upload Requests — "Track document submissions from recipients across your sites and packs."
- Click New request.
- Set the scope — which site(s), pack(s) or plot(s) the documents are for.
- Add the recipient(s) and an optional message.
- Send the request. Recipients get a secure link to upload against the scope you set.
- Track progress on the Upload Requests list — each request shows its scope and completion, and you can open one to see per-recipient progress.
What happens next
As recipients upload, the documents flow into the matched plots/packs and the request's progress updates. Recipients only see the scope you grant them.
Common questions
The list says "No upload requests yet" — is the feature on?That's just the empty state. Click New request to create your first one.
Can recipients see other plots or documents? No — a recipient only sees the scope (the specific sites/packs/plots) you include in their request.
