Your account branding and logo
Account-level branding
Your account-level branding — your primary brand colour and company logo — is configured during onboarding by the Guided Home team. This branding appears across the resident portal, email communications, and the admin interface.
To update your brand colour or logo, contact your Guided Home account manager. Changes are applied across your entire account.
Per-site visual content
While account branding is managed centrally, each individual site can have its own visual content:
- Hero image — the main cover photo for that development
- Site plans — architectural drawings and layout diagrams
- Project photo gallery — up to 9 photos of the development

Guide category images
Each aftercare guide category can have its own thumbnail image, uploaded when creating or editing the category. This is managed in the Aftercare settings.
