Adding and managing stakeholders

What are stakeholders?

Stakeholders are supply-chain professionals connected to your developments β€” solicitors, estate agents, architects, contractors, site managers, warranty providers, and others. They are distinct from homeowners and typically have a professional role in the sale or construction of the development.

Stakeholders are created once at the account level and can be associated with multiple sites or plots.

Creating a stakeholder

  1. Navigate to Stakeholders in the main navigation.
  2. Click New Stakeholder.
  3. Choose Single entry (one contact) or Bulk entry (paste multiple from a spreadsheet).
  4. For a single entry, fill in the required fields:
    • Email (required β€” must be unique)
    • First name and Last name (required)
    • Phone / mobile (optional)
    • Company name (optional)
    • Role / Title (optional)
  5. Click Create. An invitation email is sent to the stakeholder automatically.

Assigning a stakeholder to a site or plot

Once created, a stakeholder can be linked to one or more sites or plots:

  • From the Stakeholder detail panel, use the site/project assignment field to add them to a development.
  • From a plot detail page, use the stakeholder section to search for and link an existing stakeholder.

Editing a stakeholder

Click on any stakeholder card in the Stakeholders hub to open their detail panel. All fields are editable directly in this panel. Click Save when done.

If an invitation has expired or was not received, you can re-send it from the stakeholder detail panel.

Removing a stakeholder

To remove a stakeholder, open their detail panel and click Delete. This removes them from all associated sites and plots.
